Kicking Our Way to Second Place! 🥈
Last Thursday, pupils from across the Trust came together for another exciting round of Trust Games, with football taking centre stage in an action-packed afternoon of competition.
Across 14 rounds of matches, teams demonstrated fantastic teamwork, determination and sportsmanship throughout the event. Our Cliffe Woods pupils represented the school brilliantly, showing resilience and commitment from start to finish and giving their all in every game.
Following the football competition, Cliffe Woods currently sits in an impressive 2nd place overall — a fantastic achievement and one that pupils should be incredibly proud of.
A huge thank you goes to Saint George’s staff and secondary students who supported the event and helped referee matches throughout the day. Their encouragement and leadership helped make the competition a great success for everyone involved.
Attention now turns to the final Trust Games event – Athletics on Tuesday 14th July. With double points available, there is still everything to play for and we are looking forward to seeing our pupils take on the final challenge.
