Cliffe Woods Finishes 4th in a Hard-Fought Football Tournament
Well done to our Cliffe Woods football team for securing a strong 4th place in the recent Trust tournament! The team played with passion, energy, and real determination throughout the day, competing against eight other schools in a series of exciting matches.
There were plenty of highlights – solid defensive work, creative play in midfield, and some fantastic attacking moves. The team narrowly missed out on a podium place, but their effort and teamwork never wavered.
Congratulations to Halling, Shorne, and Stone St Mary’s for finishing in the top three. With just one event left – the Athletics Tournament, offering double points – we’re ready to give it our all once again!
